Founded by Roger Wright, a 40 plus year veteran of the collision repair industry, with over 30 years of experience in senior management positions for industry leading auto and casualty insurers. Roger has also spent over 15 years in strategic roles with multi-million dollar franchised and group collision repair shops

Roger has spent 40 plus years in the collision repair industry with positions as VP of Operations for Sterling Autobody, VP of Auto Claims for AIG, Senior VP of Insurance Relations for CARSTAR, AVP of Material Damage with GMACI/Integon, and National Material Damage Coordinator with Hanover Insurance. As an active participant in the collision repair industry since the mid 1980's, he was the vice chair of
I-CAR for South Carolina and Massachusetts. During those tenures he was a lead instructor in unibody, plastic repair, refinish, anti-lock brakes, and supplemental restraint systems. He was chairman of the ISO/AISG auto physical damage committee and inducted into the Collision Repair Hall of Eagles in 1997.
